The report does not contain any Filter, it will display all clients and Tickets. You can setup any filter at your convenience in order to only display projects per Client/Months/Queue ...

    Hi Joel, In your BMS, go to the "Reports" Tab, then the "Ad-Hoc" module. Once there, select in which folder you would like the report to be imported to, right click on it and all the way down select "Upload", it will let you browse to find the .wr find you would like to import.

    when i run the report, it gives a error " report abended". Please suggest

    Hi Amrutha, I've tried uploading and running that report and it does work for me, I'm assuming that your BMS system does have the data to display. At best you'd remove the uploaded report first, then upload it again. Try to rerun that report. If it's still not successful please log a ticket with support.
