    The reports show some poor information, not very logical or useful. Will be looking into this a lot more. Reports do work fine in Kaseya 9.3, which is great. Do heed the Review below by Decio to find out where your reports can be found after the import.

    I imported the set flawlessly into our Kaseya 9.4.0.28 from the menu System -> Server Management -> Import Center After the import you will find them on Info Center -> Reporting -> Reports in the Shared Tree, under myReports - Administrator -> GDPR branch.

    Same here with 9.4.0.28.. Unexpected error - System.ApplicationException: The message key 'ReportDesignerInstanceAddFailed for : Failed to retrieve DataSet 'AV Summary' at Kaseya.ImportCenter.Report.ReportDesignerDataSetInstance..ctor(XmlNode reportDataSetInstanceNode, Decimal partitionId)
    at Kaseya.ImportCenter.Report.ReportDesignerInstance..ctor(XmlNode reportInstanceNode, Decimal partitionId)
    at Kaseya.ImportCenter.Report.ReportImporter.ImportCustomReport(XmlNode reportNode, Boolean systemLoad, ImportResponse response, Boolean overRide, Int32 sortOrder, String treeFullPath) ' is not in the message file ImportCenter/ImportCenterMessages.xml
    at Kaseya.ImportCenter.MessageMap.GetMessage(String key)
    at Kaseya.ImportCenter.ViewImportLogDetail.LoadGrid()

    The reports were created on a 9.4.0.28 server, it may be using report parts that you are currently missing. From the error message you are getting, you are missing the "AV Summary" report parts which prevents the import.
    I would suggest updating the VSA to the latest version, or opening a ticket with support to find out why the import is failing.

    I am using the latest v9.5.0.1 and am getting the following error which is preventing it from importing/showing up in my reports:
    Unexpected error - System.ApplicationException: The message key 'ReportDesignerInstanceAddFailed for : Failed to retrieve DataSet 'AM Threat Statistics' at Kaseya.ImportCenter.Report.ReportDesignerDataSetInstance..ctor(XmlNode reportDataSetInstanceNode, Decimal partitionId)
    at Kaseya.ImportCenter.Report.ReportDesignerInstance..ctor(XmlNode reportInstanceNode, Decimal partitionId)
    at Kaseya.ImportCenter.Report.ReportImporter.ImportCustomReport(XmlNode reportNode, Boolean systemLoad, ImportResponse response, Boolean overRide, Int32 sortOrder, String treeFullPath) ' is not in the message file ImportCenter/ImportCenterMessages.xml
    at Kaseya.ImportCenter.MessageMap.GetMessage(String key)
    at Kaseya.ImportCenter.ViewImportLogDetail.LoadGrid()

    This is weird. I suggest opening a ticket with support, if you give me your ticket numbers, I'll be able to follow up on them with support.

    @Doug I just had a remote session w/support and recreated the error. They're looking at it on the back-end. Will advise what, if anything they did to resolve. BTW: we updated the VSA to v9.5.0.2 hoping it would correct it but it did not.

    @Al Alper, I'll reach out to support to see how I can help solve this issue.

    @doug No answers. They"believe" its because we're not using the KAV module. Seems absurd to me.

    We do use the KAV module and haven't seen this error. It's not proof, but it may support some mistaken assumption about modules in use....

    @Al Alper, but do you have the module installed on your VSA ? I could see the import fail if the module is not there, thus the required parts are not found. If so I could reexport the report without the KAV parts and send it your way for test.
