Manage Windows 10 Upgrade to 1709
This set of agent procedure will make registry key changes in order to allow or block Windows 10 upgrade.
Blocking the Upgrade will also get rid of the notification icon.
The fall creator update started showing in WSUS servers and these procedures will help you block the upgrade until you are ready to deploy.
The procedure creates and edit the registry keys mentioned in this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3080351/how-to-manage-windows-10-notification-and-upgrade-options
Changes concerning registry keys will not take effect until the machine is restarted. The restart is not part of these procedures.
Allow/Block Windows 10 Upgrade has no reviews.
Yes, it should. It was not tested for 1803 so it is hard to say for sure.. The only thing is that if it was used it in the past, it may need to be ran again to reset the “timer."
Hi Douglas,
Does this work for 1803 and above?
Thanks,
Lee
In theory this should work for 1803, right?
