Ticket closed surveys for VSA (without ServiceDesk)

For use with Customer Thermometer

Description

This Agent Procedure will query the SQL database to check if any of the tickets from the "Ticketing" module has been closed that day. If so it will query information about the ticket and send a Customer Thermometer survey to the corresponding email address.

The procedure is based on a Powershell script and is to be scheduled on the VSA server. It is recommended to schedule it once a day, at the end of business day so that there is no other closed ticket after the procedure is executed.

Note: this procedure is only compatible with On Prem VSA due to the need to query the SQL databases.
