Test if CurrentUser has Rights

Is currentUser a Local Administrator

This procedures checks to see if the currently logged in user is a Local Administrator. It does not matter if the user or computer is Domain or not. If noone is logged in, it tests Last logged in user.

Procedures loads the localGroup Administrators into a variable then compares to see of currentUser is in there. If noone is logged in, it checks the LastUser

FIRST, Create a custom system information field Named "User Is Admin" (without the quotes) as Text. If you import before creating the field, you will need to edit lines 6,10,13,18,22,25 to select the correct customSysInfo

Will change the review if we can get a fix. I just tested this on my computer before launching it against all computers and it's listed me as "no" as far as being a local admin. I'm using a Domain Admin account and I am a local admin on my machine. I was hoping for a "Yes" then i was going to roll this out. I'm on Windows 10 1809 build. Any tips appreciated as this would be handy info if it can pass the testing.
