BMS Workflow to change Company and status based on email contnet

Looking to find the right settings for a BMS workflow, so when a ticket arrives via the parser (I can't change the FROM address), I want the company changed based on the content in the message, and the status changed so if it says "Completed" it will change the status to closed. If "Error" or "Failed" then a different status set.

BMS workflows are not capable of being exported, as such, we cannot fulfill this request.
