I want a report that would show all open tickets inside of servicedesk and calculate the age of the ticket based on its creation date. so the fields would be, ticket ID, Summary, create date, Age of ticket(Create date - Current Date = Age of ticket) Thanks Buster Davis Lineage Logistics

I will be archiving this request as it is not currently possible to subtract dates with the reporting tool. I suggest creating a feature request for a new Report Part to be included in the product in order to have access to the age of tickets.
