I'm looking for a procedure that will create a ticket or email or JSON (preferred) when a user's computer agent checks in from a specific Gateway IP Address indicating that they are back in the office. I know the only flaw to this is non-slit tunnel VPN Connections. One step at a time!

VSA does not monitor the connection gateway or allow for alerting on this change. You may be able to accomplish this via Traverse.
