Close Alarm based on different monitor set

Im looking to close an alarm based on a different event ID than the one that created it. For example if a application errored and logged event id 2003, the alarm would trigged, then if it cleared, but logged a different event id 2004, it would detect that it cleared with event id 2004 and close the alarm
